Our washing machine leaked through our second floor into our kitchen ceiling. SERVPRO removed the wet flooring and ceiling, dried the affected area and safely removed a bit of mold that grew on the internal ceiling beams. Steve and Meggan communicated with me throughout the process, were very professional, communicative, timely and effective. I would highly recommend this company for similar needs!

My house caught fire when I wasn't in the area. In a whirlwind of emotions and confusion, Peter was referred to me. I called him the evening of the fire and he was so patient and understanding of the emotions a situation like this causes...he immediately put me at ease with his demeanor. Peter and his team jumped into action and was at my home the crack of dawn, the very next morning, to tarp my roof. Peter handheld me through the entire mitigation process. Each member of his team went completely above and beyond. They all were professional and reliable. They all thought of me, my home and my items as they were their own - handling every thing with such care and passion! Peter himself became a complete angel to me through out - he was readily available to answer questions and concerns about the process. On site, he was always full of detail and spoke with such care, knowing how emotional a loss is, Peter was my calm during my storm! Peter and his team constantly went above and beyond their job requirements. Even now, as my home has moved towards the rebuild process and Peter's part is done- he still welcomes my calls for his professional opinions! I am a landlord living in CT with a townhouse in Charlotte, NC.  The last tenant had a 45 lb dog that had urinated in every room of my rental.  I had the floors ripped out in every room and placed new flooring in addition to having the floors treated prior to installation.  Walls and ceilings were repainted also, however the smell of urine was so overwhelming that potential renters and buyers was so distracting they were not interested in my unit.  Before having all the floors pulled up again for a 2nd treatment I contacted SERVPRO and they came out to inspect and provided a recommendation for some cleaning and a Hydroxyl Ozone Treatment.  When I sent my realtor and property manager to the unit after SERVPRO had treated it, they told me the smell was gone. About  a week later, my 1st offer to purchase the unit came through!!  Not only did SERVPRO cure the problem that was ailing me for months, but they were professional, patient in explaining the process of the treatment, and reasonable to work with.  A big thank you to SERVPRO.

It was actually a very easy process for us because SERVPRO did everything that had to be done. They were very helpful and very understandable of the situation, also they were very knowledgeable on what had to be thrown away and what was not safe for us since we have children. They gave us great advice on how to sanitize all of our children's toys and current items. I am very pleased with their work.

This company is amazing. Training a puppy then adopting kittens proved to be dirty and smelly. They came on time to our appointment with booties on and thoroughly cleaned our carpets. That was months ago - that horrible animal smell never came back. It's like they used magic. I'd definitely recommend them.
